Orders can not be amended, cannot be cancelled and separate orders can not be combined. 

All orders are sent via Royal Mail, you will receive an email once your purchase has been dispatched and a tracking number will be attached to your email, which will take you to the Royal Mail Track & Trace when clicked.

Orders placed with Standard Shipping will be despatched within 3-5 working days. *Exclusions apply

Next-Day delivery is available for £6.99 on orders placed before 1pm Monday - Thursday. Orders placed after 1pm using the Next Day delivery option will be sent the following business day using Next Day delivery.

Standard Delivery is £2.99.

Please note orders that include personalised items will take 5-7 working days to despatch. You will be notified by email when they have been dispatched.

Royal Mail advises delivery for second class services can be up to 3-5 working days. In the event your parcel is still not with you beyond this timeframe, we advise you to contact Royal Mail in the first instance to attempt to locate your parcel. Please note, we cannot resend orders until they are officially declared lost under Royal Mail guidelines (10 working days).

Free Delivery 

Free delivery is automatically applied when your basket total reaches £100.00 or over.
