We are sorry to hear you are looking to return your House Of Indigo purchase, but don't worry - no hard feelings!

If you wish to return your item please email us at info@houseofindigoco.co.uk to request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please include in the email your customer order number, and which item(s) you would like to exchange/refund. Please note, all returns are at your cost and House Of Indigo cannot be held responsible for the item until it reaches us. To ensure that the item arrives safely, we would suggest using a trusted carrier and keep your tracking details until we have confirmed save receipt! 

Once we have received your return we will examine for any signs of wear or damage, only after these checks have taken place will we issue a refund. Please allow up to 5 days from date of receipt for this to take place.

To make sure your returns reach us safe and sound, please use Special Delivery to return your item and make sure it is insured for the right value. House Of Indigo will not be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
